Good list – but I wonder if you are familiar with SocialSignal.com? They’ve been working in social media since before it was even a term, and Rob Cottingham also produces an excellent cartoon (taken up by HubSpot among others) called Noise to Signal. They are awesome… and I don’t even work for them!
